Guar splits are derived from the seeds of the guar plant (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) through a carefully controlled process. After harvesting, the guar seeds are thoroughly cleaned to remove impurities like dust, stones, and husks. The seeds are then dehusked, a process that involves mechanically removing the outer layer through roasting, splitting, or polishing. This separation yields three components: the husk, the germ, and the valuable endosperm. The endosperm is split into two halves, known as guar splits, which are pale white to yellowish in color.
At SRGCPL, we are committed to producing high-quality guar splits by implementing advanced processing techniques and stringent quality control measures. Our state-of-the-art facilities include Sortex capabilities, enabling us to supply up to 99% purity in our guar splits. This ensures the removal of even the smallest impurities, delivering a product that meets the highest standards of excellence. Once purified, these splits are ready for further processing into guar gum powder, which is widely used across various industries for its thickening, stabilizing, and emulsifying properties. Through our meticulous approach and cutting-edge technology, SRGCPL consistently delivers guar splits of exceptional quality, trusted by customers worldwide.
